When you travel with PrivatAir, our role is to provide a smooth, seamless service from the very beginning, and throughout your entire journey. Efficiency means leaving nothing to chance. Our Ground Services are handled by PrivatPort, a joint venture between PrivatAir and SwissPort. Based out of Geneva Terminal C3, which was built in 2002 by PrivatAir in cooperation with Geneva International Airport.

PrivatPort delivers a full range of dedicated services:

• Executive terminal with dedicated immigration, customs services and X-ray screening for a fast, effortless transit
• Elegant and modern passenger and pilot lounges
• Assistance with baggage
• Valet parking
• Ongoing travel arrangements such as car, limousine and hotel bookings
• Helicopter connections

The service also includes, when necessary, reorganizing or adapting flight slots to cause minimum delays to our passengers’ journey.
